We had asked for blankets and she told me OK I’ll get them that was at 4 AM. I started telling her that I was going to get her name and leave a bad review then magically all of a sudden the heater in our room at 5 AM went to 78°. We woke up freezing and called the front desk and she said she put in a work order.
All night long the temperature was set to 69°.
